We embarked on our journey with servicepack.ai, an AI-powered Omni-channel interaction analytics platform, revolutionizing businesses by decoding omnichannel customer interactions. At our core was NLP technology, instrumental in extracting insights from customer conversations. Initially, our team comprised three NLP specialists, and we aimed to expand to ten. However, challenges in recruitment, such as last-minute candidate withdrawals and offer letter trading, hindered our progress.
As our customer base grew, the task of building a robust NLP team became daunting. Then, GenAI emerged, reshaping businesses like never before. The capabilities of a single GenAI unit surpassed what even twenty NLP experts could achieve, saving us from the potential $1M/year cost of a ten-member team.
